On cooler evenings, gather around the fire pit outside or cozy up by the electric fireplace indoors with a board game or movie. With fewer crowds and golden mountain light, this is the ideal base for a couples’ retreat, a quiet family getaway, or an adventure-filled weekend.

Guests love how fully stocked the home stays, even in the off-season — from kayaks and paddleboards to blackout curtains and bamboo bedding.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels, face cloths, and kitchen linens in the laundry hampers provided.
Full garbage bags go in the outdoor bins beside the shrubs (east side of parking). Recycling can be bagged and left beside the bins.
Close both patio doors and side gates before leaving. No need to strip beds — we’ll handle it!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
