「The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. 「It's a very basic accommodation, but very friendly staff at breakfast. Breakfast was quite good as well! The rooms are a bit run down and doesn't exactly give any "palazzo/palace" vibe...
