Vacation home in the heart of the tourist district, 80 meters from the sea (a 1-minute walk) and the town’s main attractions. <br>The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a shower, and two separate bedrooms, both with windows—one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a second double bed (it’s also well-suited for two couples).<br>The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, an iron with ironing board, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, pots, and dishes.<br>The property’s location allows you to enjoy your vacation in complete comfort, as it is situated in the lower part of the historic center, much closer to the sea than other accommodations. <br>All amenities (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks, post office, etc.) are within walking distance. <br>The house can accommodate up to 5 people. <br>Pets are not allowed.<br>
