"Buyer beware. We stayed at the Embassy Suites Tukwilla March 2026. Positives: bed was comfortable, room was clean and well appointed, shower was warm & good water pressure, made-to-order omelettes were good. Complimentary evening beverage was nice. Negatives: upon checking-in the front desk agent assigned us to a room with another guest already inside. They were quick to remedy this and assign us to a new room. **The pool is closed!**The pool heater is broken and won’t be repaired until April. The hot tub is drained. We were informed that we could swim in the pool at our own choosing but the water would be cold. Only 1 out of 3 elevators in service. With a hotel this size, it made for long wait times and crowded, slow trips up and down. Evening reception snacks were lacking; chips , crackers, and cheese, (rice crackers were stale). The rooms are being renovated. Construction taking place throughout the day. Workers hauling materials and furniture had to use the same working elevator as the guests. Guests are informed there may be intermittent water and/or electrical interruptions. If we make this trip again, we would choose to stay at a different property all together. "

"Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. "

"Seems like an older property but well maintained. Staff very good helpful, friendly. My only complaint was our coffee maker didn’t work in our room. Know ever came to trade or fix. Mj or problem but when you need coffee and there is none in the lobby it can make one sad. Over all was very good experience "

"We couldn’t sleep because the neighbor were fighting making to much noise there blood stains on the pillow and a smell that they didn’t clean the room."
