Located just 0.8 miles from DuPont State Forest’s Fawn Lake access area, this private lakefront retreat offers a peaceful escape in the Blue Ridge Mountains, complete with comfortable lodging, private hiking trails, and endless outdoor adventures.

This lakefront property includes 4 rental spaces with a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, a 6-acre private lake, and a smaller stocked trout pond, private hiking trails, Lady Falls, Sassy Goose Pavilion, and lawn games.

--The Lodge--
A spacious three-bedroom home, each with an ensuite bath, offering stunning lake views. It features a full kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a stone fireplace. A downstairs half-bath adds convenience, while the deck provides a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Emerald Lake.

--The Cottage--
A charming two-bedroom home, each with an ensuite bath. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a rock fireplace with gas logs. The sun porch offers a relaxing space to unwind while overlooking the lake.

--The Cabins--
• The Laurel Cabin – one-bedroom log cabin with a screened porch and efficiency kitchen, and a shared terrace and charcoal grill.
• The Rainbow Trout Cabin – one-bedroom log cabin with an efficiency kitchen, a shared terrace and charcoal grill, and a private balcony that overlooks the stocked trout pond.
