Bathrooms: The master ensuite with walk in shower, a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a convenient half bath. Kitchen: A fully updated kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, including a gas range and bamboo cabinets. Dining Area: Seats six people comfortably. Living Room: A comfortable space for relaxation and putting your feet up. Additional mattress: There is a queen sized blow-up mattress stored in the green bedroom closet. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
Exterior Features: Gas grill: New and ready for grilling up the catch of the day. Front Porch: Large and inviting, perfect for enjoying the cooler afternoon shade. Back Deck/Breezeway: Ideal for relaxing evenings outdoors. Parking: Space available at the back of the house for three vehicles.

Management and Access: McCormick Management Company has a Cedar Key office open 7 days a week to answer questions or help with any problems you may have while here. All of our homes are equipped with smart locks so you can check in and out as you please. Your door code is provided the day before arrival.

Dogs are allowed, maximum of 2, each must be under 35 lbs, no cats No boat parking The home is 2 stories and guests must be able to climb stairs - Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying - Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways - Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic - Parties and/or events are not allowed - No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke - Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal - $150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit - Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom - Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance - Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. - Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - No illegal substances allowed on premises. - Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military. - ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies. - Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°. - If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles.
