"We had a great stay. Very cute historic hotel walkable to many places. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff was ver friendly. The only downside is not any parking nearby and valet is $45 a night. Also, most of our stay only one elevator was working which meant about a 20-30 min ..."

"Great location with nice people. My sheets were not the cleanest, as I had some blood stains. The management was very apologetic and I appreciated their concern. If you have anything happening at SMU, it could not be closer!"

Feb 27, 2019Poor management of two seperate issues during a short 3 day stay. Would have been fine if housekeeping cleaned the rooms and the water at the property was not off with no access to sink & showers.
