「Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

「Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed.」

「Room was clean, breakfast was ok. The pool was down the whole week we were there. Manager said it was only going to be down for a couple days. Wound up be the entire week. Would have been better to just say it would be down for the week, instead of everyday saying tomorrow it would be open.」
