"The cabin was perfect: secluded, quiet, between Bryce and Zion. Betty’s communication was excellent, and we can't wait to stay again. The grill, the fire pit, the old stove, and the patio made the stay that much better. Only Negatives: tiny shower and bathroom, and the “hot tub' is just an old bathtub. If visiting in colder months, bring firewood and groceries—no nearby shops, which was fine for us, but could be tough with kids. "

"An okay experience but overall lacking. Check in took a bit as there was no one at the desk for a bit and when they arrived, they were not highly friendly.
The room was okay and as promised with the number of beds and while the sleep was comfortable, overall the room was subpar with street noise quite evident through the experience. The TV did not work and the large gap on the top of the door to the bathroom was interesting.
They did provide a welcome gift for the visit, which was nice.
Overall, what I would expect from a motel type location but the cost of the room against what was received was subpar, in my opinion. "
"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The elevators were down the first day we were checked in. The shower sprayed water outside of the glass and created a small flood outside of the shower. The shower was slightly dirty prior to us using it. The room had a musty smell that lingered throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options, surpassing the typical offerings of most complimentary continental breakfasts.
The warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk were such a delight!"
"We had three rooms recently for a college graduation. All three rooms had issues with the TV. A staff member was kind enough to come to one room to assist. Hotel was rundown and breakfast was lacking compared to other properties. We’ve stayed at in town."
"Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in.."
"What a gem this place is. A true bed and breakfast with a kind and personable staff. They were always helpful and had great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The house is full of antiques and charm and is so unique and I truly felt at home there. If I am ever in even the general area again I will most definitely book another stay. Thank you!"
