"Everyone was really nice"

"The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Two most important things. The carpets were gross. A couch in the second floor cove was so badly stained it looked like it was found at a homeless encampment. The morning breakfast was completely empty before 8am. Including no coffee. When I found someone I was shrugged off. He was busy texting. Had to find a restaurant for coffee."

"The room was very gross and needs some serious upgrades! The carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed. Not well maintained. The lobby door is open all night with no one at the front desk and people constantly standing outside and gambling on the machines in the lobby. We got a room with a pull out couch and they didn’t provide sheets or pillows or blankets for the bed. Would not stay there again!"

"The room was clean but very dated. The whole facility is in dire need of renovations. There wasn’t a breakfast, but the price for a place to sleep was very affordable. Many guests commented on the creepy vibe of the place and the front desk attendant. In my opinion the front desk person just seemed tired with a very quiet reserved type of personality. Still he was polite and professional."
