The place is a very nice old school hotel. Accessible to transportation and walkable eateries and restaurants. 24 hour food stalls. The only thing is the bathroom water pressure. Had to flush using the pale coz it wouldn’t flush right. Aside from that, a perfect place to stay whether alone or with family

pleasant barebones stay

the staff made are stay a good one. no tv was disappointing, hot water for showers was nearly non-existent. the ac was full blast.

I shall stay again

I will certainly book at the hotel again. Good value for money. No drinking water in rooms, so dont forgot to buy some. There is a lovely coffee shop in the foyer too.

직원들은 정말 친절한데.....시설은 보강이 안되어서인지 엉망입니다. 예를들어 에어컨 틀고 자고일어났는데 에어컨도 노후되어서 부숴질거 같았지만 창문 새시가 다 들떠있어서 공간이 휑하게 떠 있었습니다. 모기밥이 안된게 다행인거 같아요...오래된 가구에 니스?페인트?를 칠해서인지 냄새도 심했습니다.

Everything seemed in good order. Staff (- all except-1-) -- were friendly + helpful. Only snag-- seemed to have a bit of problem-confirming our - Expedia.ca -- booking. Overall-- quite good.

Stayed for a night, booked 3. A family member had his wedding reception there. Food was mediocre, my cooking tasted better. The air con system in one of the rooms I booked must have not been cleaned for sometime that I started sneezing then coughing terribly. I felt relief only when I got out of room 508.

ITパーク近くに立地する比較的安いホテル

ITパークまで歩いて数分と非常に近いので、ITパーク内の英語学校に通うなどで中長期滞在する際には便利。エアコンの音がうるさいのと他の宿泊者（？）が朝早くから大きな声で話すのには困った。あと、ミネラルウォーターがもらえないのにはビックリ。部屋には電気ポットがなかったので、お湯を沸かすこともできなかった。WiFiはあるが、つながる日とつながらない日があった。少なくとも朝はホットシャワーが使えた。2週間の滞在中、蚊は2匹見ただけだった。2階の部屋だったが、アリ（アワテコヌカアリ）が常にいる状態だった。ゴキブリは一度も見なかった。ベッドのシーツは毎日換えてくれるので、毎日寝に帰るだけというスタイルの人には良いと思う。

Convenient location and friendly staff.

The Cebu Northwinds Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of many fine restaurants, some literally a few steps form the front door. Also within walking distance to IT Park which has many places awesome places to eat. Taxi service to malls and transportation hubs is very reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are older and not well soundproofed, but they are clean, and the air conditioning works well. The doors do not have electronic locks, just a regular key. If you are on a budget, this is a great place to stay. I would stay there again.

Northwinds was average at best I searched for a hotel with a bath tub in it I wanted a good HOT soak I was VERY disappointed the water never got to warm let alone hot Very disappointing for a hotel of this size Also there were no hand towels or washcloths provided in the room either
