"This is a terrific spot for a family or group! You basically own the peninsula for your stay with a FABULOUS outdoor space. Enjoy the huge firepit, outdoor seating, hammock and swinging chair and even your own miniature lighthouse that has a light at night! Start the day on your dock with morning coffee and swim and kayak to your heart’s content."

"This was a great location/base camp for my family of three young adults and my husband and I. We enjoyed spending time on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and our kids had fun watching the DVD selection in the evening (most were movies my husband and I watched when we were there ages) ! Everything was really clean and organized. Laurie gave some great suggestions for restaurants in other towns as well. So much to do- Anderson Dock, state parks, Washington island, school house beach, wineries!"

"We had a near perfect week at Hugo’s on the Bay. The house was cozy, beds comfortable and window views fantastic! We spent a lot of time on the dock watching sunsets. The lake was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. If renters like having a TV on the main floor, they should be aware that there are only TV’s in the bedrooms & loft seating area. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs…our Lab loved the lake!"

"The house was beautiful, spacious and close to the activities we wanted to explore. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! There is a separate apartment over the garage which had rather steep stairs so it was most appropriate for the younger members of our party. The rooms were large and comfortable and each one had its own bathroom which was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the short walk down the street to the lake and sitting out back with a crackling fire in the fire pit."
Waterfront Cabin on Clark Lake - Latitude Adjustment

"Cabin was cute, especially the decor. We really just used this cabin as a place to sleep after exploring door county everyday. We never swam in the lake or used the firepit, or chairs. We chose this rental for the close proximity to Cave Point Park & because it had a washer and dryer. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness, when we arrived there was musty wet towels and clothes in the washer and there was something splattered on the bathroom wall around the sink and mirror that had been there for awhile. Beware that the shower is very small, my husband who is 6 foot and 330 lbs could not physically fit in it and had to shower with the door open. Water was hot, cabin was well stocked with bedding and towels. The welcome kits with toiletries was nice. Definitely a nice little cabin on the water."

"Nice clean property. Enjoyed walking down to Lake Michigan each morning. Cave Point was just around the corner, went by most mornings and evenings. Bedroom configurations worked well with my family, bathrooms a little less. All bedrooms upstairs, but one full bath is downstairs. Well water a little different than we are used to. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place away from the crowds and enjoy watching the deer, this is a good place to book!"
