- Ground floor: kitchen / pantry, a small lounge with TV and stereo system, one bedroom with double bed (160x200), one bedroom with two single beds (80x200), a dorm room with 6 single beds (90x200 ) and a water, a bathroom with Italian and separate toilet.
- On the floor: a living room (sea view) equipped with a high-end home theater installation (and choice of channels decoder), a kitchen open to the living room, bedroom with double bed (160x200) second bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) (possibility to install 2 single beds 90 x 200), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet.

The exterior consists of a garden, a terrace (with garden furniture) and a swimming pool (11 mx 4 m with rigid shutter - electric and secure -NEW: swimming pool heated by a heat pump) south-east facing, with sea view.

The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m² enclosed and raised on its periphery, which protects the opposite. A sliding gate allows to park safely one or more vehicles.

The villa was completely renovated in H1 2016.

You'll stay on site the day of arrival by a real estate agent:
- It will be with you around the house,
- You present the operation of the pool,
- You will sign the rules of the villa,
- And will also be the state of fixtures on departure.

A final cleaning fee of € 200 is also provided with a midweek cleaning service for kitchens and bathrooms is scheduled.

Also available: two washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 2 hair dryer, a barbecue plancha Weber gas. The wifi internet connection is available free of charge.

The villa is air conditioned. A mobile air conditioner is provided for the ground floor.
