You can enjoy a comfortable vacation in this 4-room house with a total area of 135 square meters. The house was renovated in 2012 and features modern and tasteful furnishings. It includes a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a dining table, as well as a TV. The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a shower and a separate toilet. The house also features a billiard room.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the terrace. Other amenities include a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate toilet, electric heating, air-conditioning, and a washing machine.
