"This hotel is tucked away on the hill overlooking the sea. I had a room with a balcony and it was lovely. The neighborhood was very charming, safe and quiet. Antonio was the best!! He offered us advice on what to do and where to go. He makes several trips daily down to the beach so you can always catch a ride. They have a wonderful breakfast and offer dinner if you want to stay in. It is a family establishment and I really felt taken care of the entire time. I will definitely come back! Thank you Antonio!! Your hotel was the best part of our time in Italy. "

"I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. For the rate we paid it was a little disappointing. The rest of the facility had some excellent features and were certainly on-point especially when it comes to the views from the rooms and restaurant terrace area and the breakfast. The pool and spa area was nice enough, however could use a refresh, spa services were barely average. Communication with the hotel was sporadic until we got there. They were slow to respond on WhatsApp / email and ultimately we just figured things out ourselves. Once there, it was fine however. The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of the little extras one might expect at the price point we paid. They asked us if we were celebrating anything when we booked, and I mentioned our major anniversary would be there and in numerous requests for recommendations (which were largely ignored). Despite this, there was absolutely no acknowledgment or personal touch in recognition of our choosing the property to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is family-run, which could be a great thing but in this case seemed they were strained for resources. Just my impression. But the views! "

"El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, pero no fue muy cómoda la estadía porque: 1) solo habia wifi en la recepción 2) nos toco una habitación que estaba al lado de un anfiteatro donde todas las noches habia música y shows para niños, imposible descansar hasta que eso terminara, 3) fue muy incómodo las pendientes pronunciadas que teniamos que subir cada vez que saliamos de la habitación y peor al momento de retirarnos con las valijas, 4) el desayuno no parecia italiano, muy poca variedad y baja calidad. "
