I have just informed it gently but reception lady's attitudes to receive that information was too offensive and trying not to admit their mistakes.
Overall hospitality of the staffs were too bad and I don't recommend to stay this hotel.」
「We arrived early at the property. We thought we could just leave our luggages and explore the area as we waited for check in time. The reception staff was very kind to check if our room was ready and since it was, she let us check in early which we really appreciate. The room was really good and very clean. 「We had a fantastic experience at Mercure Rouse Hill. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. It’s close to everything we needed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to local attractions. The on-site facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were also a great bonus.

「We only stayed the 1 night but would love to head back and explore. The outdoor areas are vast, great for the kids to run around and absolutely stunning view over the creek from a really comfortable viewing deck which we sat with a beer and watched the sunset.
We briefly walked down to the creek and used the properties kayaks which we loved.
We had a fire next to the cottage and toasted marshmallows such fun.
