"I had a wonderful stay at Henann Prime Beach Resort. The staff were all very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. During my trip, I accidentally left my phone on the airport shuttle bus. I only realized it when I had already reached the Caticlan Jetty Port. The Henann staff in Caticlan immediately assisted me and even took me back to the airport to look for it. Unfortunately, my phone was no longer there because someone had already taken it to Boracay. They advised me to file a police blotter when I arrived on the island, and the staff at Henann Prime continued to help me throughout the process. They went above and beyond to coordinate and assist in retrieving my phone, and thanks to their efforts, I got it back. I'm truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Their outstanding customer service turned a very stressful experience into a positive one. I will definitely stay at Henann Prime Beach Resort again when I visit Boracay. Highly recommended!"
