「This hotel was truly the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was outstanding—beautifully designed, with a large, comfortable bed and fully equipped with thoughtful amenities, including coffee, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine, although I didn't use it.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. The location couldn’t...

「It was such a great stay in the old part of the Central Zone of Cadiz. It’s right next to the ocean and a few parks that are within walking distance. Front desk was helpful in checking in quickly and checking out, as well as able to request taxis for me to get around if needed. The stay was very big, nice new appliances as if you just moved into a new apartment! So you can cook, buy groceries, left overs for you to eat there if you wanted! The bed was very comfortable and the shower space was...

「The experience was wonderful with the building in a corner of the main square with inspiring views towards the outer harbour. Staff were professional and friendly with both receptionists kind, helpful and positive. Cleaning staff too were courteous and capable.
Amenities were very welcome with a beautiful ground floor area with tables to sit and relax for a complimentary coffee or tea and madeleine. The rooftop solarium has spectacular views and resort style furnishings, a very positive...

「ByPillow is an excellent small hotel for short trips. Front Desk is managed 24/7 (and thank God...we could never get the front door to open with the code). You use a code to get into the hotel and into your room, so no key/card to worry about. Room is small but that was expected. The room includes free, UNLIMITED drinking water, which is VERY helpful in the summer heat. Room was clean, with a comfy bed, and A/C worked amazing. Bathroom was very good. Our room window was toward the street and we...

「Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...
