No bath mat or towel to stand on after bath or shower so slippery. Floor in hallway had been cleaned in morning but no signs and slippy. "

"A lavish luxury 4 star hotel in a great city centre location walking distance to the Victoria shopping centre well worth booking...staff were really friendly... room was great ...breakfast restaurant was lovely looking out to the two famous dock cranes...the only downside with a city centre hotel they dont have their own parking so you have to pay for the multistorey but they will validate your ticket for a discount."
