"Beautiful upscale glamping experience in the mountains. Very accessible to trails and the village. The views, staff, decor and food were outstanding. Large selection of wines. The dinner menu was delicious as it changed daily. The first night I ordered ala carte but would recommend going for the full menu. Will stay again if I return to hiking Mt. Etna."

"Very quaint state on top of a hill - be ready to drive on a windy, one lane road for 10 minutes- The property is really nice and the staff was amazingly nice Dinner was delicious our room was rustic, but it did its job."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very peaceful and we were able to decompress . The weather was too hot and the pool was a perfect haven after driving around. Ramona and Flo were perfect hosts . The place feels like a rustic farm spa . We greatly recommend it ."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The photos don't do it justice. Everything faces the sea, the rooms, the dining room, the pool and of course the beach. We loved the beach with the chairs and umbrellas overlooking the Aeolian Islands. The beach has fist sized rocks that have been made smooth from the waves. They make a sweet crackling noise as the waves recede. I've never experienced that before. The owner went out of his way to find a relative in Caronia for my traveling partner. She was blown away and I'm sure she will be back. Bring water shoes and Google an app for translation as Caronia isn't your typical resort town. Be sure to message them when you will arrive at the train station and they will nicely come get you. This hotel is a hidden gem!!"

"This was a beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Etna. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us in all our needs. We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant, and they were excellent. We only wish the pool had longer opening hours, as we were not able to use it while we were out touring during the day."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders begeistert hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht – einfach herrlich!Etwas störend waren allerdings die bellenden Hunde in der Umgebung. Auch das vermietete Haus unterhalb war teilweise recht laut, wodurch die Ruhe, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht, etwas beeinträchtigt wurde.Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und konnten die Vorzüge des Hauses und die tolle Lage sehr genießen."

"Room 103 had a view of mount etna and we watched it from the balcony during an eruption. What an experience! The pool area was clean, breakfast was cooked to order, wifi good and parking plentiful. The only downside is that dinner didn't start until 19:30. That is normal in italy but there was also no where in walking distance to eat. We drove to a lovely pizza shop nearby called salvos because I cannot eat that late."

"What an incredible place! So much history, character and charm! It has a great location in the countryside with a lovely view. Its so quiet and peaceful and sitting out by the pool at sunset was lovely. Best of all: AC, wifi a big breakfast and a balcony. If you love cats like we do, there are a little family around the bins the appreciative a sausage or meat"
