Propreté 10/10, bien situé mais contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur le site expédia , le stationnement n’est pas inclus ou disponible il faut trouver un stationnement sur les rues autour , payer le stationnement après avoir compris comment ça fonctionne… mais pour le prix propreté , tranquillité et confort sont excellents.

10-12 Okt 2023 haben wir (meine Mutter und ich) in Sangiuliano 114 gewohnt. Man sollte sich vorher mit dem Vermieter kontaktieren, sonst steht man vor verschlossener Tür. Die Rezeption gibt es nicht wirklich, lediglich eine Putzfrau haben wir gesehen. Nach Absprache kam der Vermieter aber am Abreisetag und hat uns geholfen die Koffer runter zu tragen. Das Treppenhaus ist nämlich sehr abenteuerlich. Mit den zwei getrennten Betten hat es nicht geklappt, für zwei Tage ging das auch mit einem Betttuch. Unser Fenster war vermauert, gut, dass wir einen kleinen Balkon hatten, auch zum Lüften...Der Frühstücksraum ist zum Bügelzimmer verkommen, sehr schade! Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber, alles vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist ein weiters Plus.

Personnel très accueillant et très arrangeant. Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux divers monuments à visiter. Hôtel installé dans un bâtiment dont l'intérieur est très bien rénové. Proche des restaurants. Dommage que la rue soit très sale....

Struttura pulita, spaziosa, nel cuore di Catania. Stanze grandi, comode e super corfortevoli; il personale è estremamente qualificato, professionale e cordiale. Overall positive stay

The check in was fast and easy. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Location is also pretty good with many restaurants nearby and close to station and central Catania. The room was clean and neat. It included a mini fridge, TV and aircon. The price was not too expensive, so overall pretty good.

Très sympa, tout le monde a été très gentil. Le coin est a 4 min de la place de Duomo, extrêmement pratique. Nous avons suivi les conseils donnés aussi pour les restos, et franchement c’était parfait!

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil Très belle chambre, propre, bien décorée, excellente literie, petit déjeuner complet et varié. Ne pas s'arrêter à la première impression de la rue, sale et très passante. Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement en bas de l'immeuble, en novembre, sinon placette à proximité

No parking, not as advertised!

We chose a hotel with free parking, as listed in the hotels.com site, when arrived we realized that the hotel has no parking at all, we where forced to find parking in Catania's center streets (not an easy task) and risk that our car will be towed. When talking with the hotel owner about it,showing him that the voucher mentioned explicitly free parking he said "this is the website problem, not my problem " - extremely disappointing! Besides that the hotel was fine and staff were nice.

O acesso ao apt é péssimo.

Devia informar que não tem elevador e o B&B fica no terceiro piso. A entrada do prédio é escura e suja. Não retornaria apesar dos apts serem amplos limpos e confortáveis. O cafe da manha é bem simples. Fora do horario do cafe da manha vc nao tem acesso a ninguem nem qualquer servico. Fica bem próximo a praça do Duomo e a Via Etnea.

A stay in Catania

The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was difficult because it’s only street parking and it’s the downtown area, so it was a bit stressful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it’s a bit of a rough climb with large luggage. Staff was nice and there is the convenience of luggage storage. You are right in downtown so just a couple of minutes away from all the sights.

Very confused about what to think of this place. Check-in: there is not a check in desk, so they will email you the day before check in to find out what time to expect you. Then we had to call the # listed on Orbitz, a man answered and said someone would be there in a few minutes. Shortly after that we were checked in by a very nice woman. She was great and helpful. The location is strange. The bed & breakfast is actually located in a large apartment building, The main hallways were dark and dirty, definitely a turn off. I believe they own the whole 2nd floor. The rest is occupied by other businesses/residences. We arrived around 6pm at night, the street seemed a little sketchy but not terrible. BE AWARE THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Orbitz needs to fix this on their site. One of the major reasons we booked this B&B is because the listing said free parking and we had a rental car. Instead, my husband had to park on the street and pay at a local parking post. Not too expensive- 5euro for overnight parking. But just a big inconvenience that we weren't anticipating. Overall the room was clean, people were nice. I wouldn't stay here again, I think there are better quality hotels for the price in Catania.

À l’intérieur de l’étatablissement, tout est rénové et très propre. Mais l’extérieur et dans le portique c’était ordinaire, ainsi que le stationnement, nous avons dû changé de place 2 fois. Par contre le déjeuner était succulent.

Lieu intéressant, convivial, propre mais quel dommage qu’on ne respecte pas plus le silence, au sein du lieu, en particulier le matin. Des l Aube, le claquement des portes, les discussions à voix hautes dans les couloirs à 6:30, 7:30, ou 8:30 de la part du personnel ou des clients, gâche le plaisir du lieu et notre désir de dormir. Ce qui fait que la grasse matinée, durant notre séjour, a été impossible ds cette établissement. C est vraiment dommage car nous étions épuisé! Merci de travailler sur ce point d amélioration qui je suis sûr apportera plus de plaisir à venir dans votre établissement.

Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Posizione ottima e soprattutto tanta cortesia e gentilezza da parte dello staff. Ultraconsigliato. Unico neo: la.colazione a buffet non è il.massimo, ma è discreta e per tutti i gusti. Spero di ritornarci in vacanza e non solo per viaggio di lavoro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Internally immaculate but needs a lift

The location is a short walk into the city or to the ferry or train stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful although there was a little delay in meeting to check me in. I loved my room and the ensuite bathroom and nice little internal balcony for fresh air. Light buffet breakfast was great too. I couldn’t fault the internal of the hotel it’s just a pity the exterior looks a little poorly but that’s true of most of Catania. The building could definitely do with a lift - and I mean an internal one to avoid the stairs to the 3rd floor!
