I booked this place last minute for an early flight the next day and only realized later that it was an unstaffed property. We arrived an hour early without check-in instructions because they were sent via the Expedia app (which I didn't have), but thankfully, we reached them on WhatsApp and were able to check in early. The room was clean and matched the photos, but be mindful that there is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor of a high-ceiling building—carrying heavy luggages up and down was a quite workout. The main issue was the noise: HEAVY bass music blasted from evening until nearly 2 AM. Assuming it was lower floor..? Despite using earplugs for our 4 AM alarm, the bed was literally vibrating from the bass and kept waking us up. While the receptionist was responsive during normal hours and helped book our airport taxi, we received no check-out instructions so I just left the keys in the lobby keybox. Clearer check-in and check-out instructions sent in advance via email or WhatsApp would be very helpful for future guests

Constant construction during the day time. Entry to rooms were very loud, you can hear everyone coming and going with the heavy doors and locks. The stairs are quite trying, especially with luggage. 3 flights and steep. Over all, just ok.

This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.
