Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, and it was lovely having a terrace to sit out on. The hotel staff were very friendly and communicative. The location was brilliant- central to everything, but on a quiet side street so not too noisy. Only issue was the stairs up to the kitchen area were creaky and a bit unstable.

The living quarters were loft style which is a favorite for me. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very cute and well organized with many gadgets for the stay. The hotel is central to restaurants and historic buildings and sites. Transportation is convenient and you can find tours and markets that are accessible by just a short walk.

Responsive staff to any issue. Did not like that you can't run AC without a special key that is attached to the old fashioned room keys. Inconvenient when you have lots of luggage as the closest street when you are in a car/taxi is a ways off. Can walk to most key sites easily form location. Perfect location! Everything’s in walking distance except the beaches, but only 5-10 min. In a taxi. Communication with Ferrini homes were great, rooms spacious and clean. Overall a perfect place to stay.

This apartment was perfect and you can't beat the location! Having 3 floors of living space was an added bonus. Only complaint is that the internet went in and out quite often.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Communication prior to arrival and check in was excellent. We arrived a bit later than expected, and we were greeted and taken care of by Marina. The hotel staff even arranged airport transfers for us. We stayed in a studio, everything was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend if staying in Catania!
