Museum like place in Catania with awesome service

This B&B is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The apartment is like a museum. Biagio, the owner provides outstanding service, that I have not seen anywhere. He will treat you with the best service and advice on what to do. He even provided us a dinner for each day we stayed for free. I have been to almost every country in Europe many times and I have not seen a better service from anyone. I highly recommend staying at B&B II Caravagio. You will not be disappointed.

Palazzo che merita il soggiorno

B&B in posizione strategica, con la fermata della metro a pochi passi. Situato alle spalle di corso Italia, equidistante tra il mare e via Etnea. Stile unico di una Sicilia nobiliare, ma soprattutto il gestore Biagio ti fa sentire a casa e ti coccola, preoccupandosi per ogni aspetto dalla colazione, ai giri da fare per Catania. Persona splendida, disponibile e simpatica.

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa per quanto riguarda la struttura non l'attenzione del titolare nel cercare una soluzione. Non ci è stata assegnata la camera prenotata ma una camera molto piccola in un soppalco con bagno privato senza bidet. Di sera ci siamo accorti che la camera era infestata dagli scarafaggi; il condizionatore era con le alette rotte; il box doccia era rotto. Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura in piena notte evidenziando i problemi al titolare che ci ha riprotetto in un altro B&B di catania nel quale ci siamo spostati intorno alle 01:00 di notte Il titolare si è mostrato dispiaciuto e si è attivato per trovare una soluzione per quanto deve porre rimedio a quanto riscontrato per salvaguardare il B&B che si trova in una ottima posizione per visitare Catania.

I stayed here over the summer and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating everybody was at this urban B&B. I arrived from the airport quite late on a week night and I was welcomed in with a warm smile – I woke up the next day to a thoughtful breakfast. A good experience. Thanks again!

Se hospedar na casa de um nobre do séc. XVIII

Instalações incríveis, em excelente estado apesar dos quase 200 anos de história. Foi como estar hospedado em uma mansão de um nobre do séc. XVII. O atendimento do proprietário é atencioso e afetuoso. Não está tão perto do centro de Catania (mais de 2km de distância), mas tem um bom custo benefício. Café da manhã adequado, com direito a quitutes feitos pelo próprio dono. O local é incrivelmente lindo e cheio de história.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is exactly what you'd expect at a cheap B&B--coffee, croissant, fruit. My only complaint would be that the room I booked was a "Double Bed, Street View" and I received a room with two twin beds and no street view. The guy had been so nice to me, that I just let it slide--I really couldn't complain at under $30/night. But 5 stars would be receiving the same service I received and also receiving the room advertised.

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig - man darf sich nicht von der Fassade des Hauses täuschen lassen. Betritt man das Apartment, ist man quasi in einer anderen Welt. Das beste an der Unterkunft ist allerdings der Hausherr Biagio. Mit seiner sehr freundlichen, lustigen und vor allem hilfsbereiten Art hat er unseren Urlaub noch besser gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Catania

The hotel contacted us on the day of our booking to inform that there was an overbooking and directed us to another B&B that was definitely less of the quality for the "same price" that Caravaggio arranged. Since it was on the date of our arrival, I did not have time to search for another place, but if I were to make my reservation, I would have NOT selected the place we stayed in.

A casa Da zio Biagio

"Le persone fanno la casa e anche una capanna può essere bella con le persone giuste" parole di zio Biagio, padrone di casa. Più che in un B&B, vi sembrerà di alloggiare a casa propria. Appartamento in stile barocco, accogliente e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il bagno è privato, ma non in camera. Colazione all'italiana, ma Biagio è disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta dell'ospitante. La posizione è ottima poiché la metro di trova a pochi metri cosi come il Lidl e altri negozi del genere. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Шикарный B&B. Великолепный и аутентичный интерьер. Очень много интересных деталей, мелочей и старинная мебель. Вкусный завтрак и очень приветливый персонал. Местоположение для тех, кто путешествует на автомобиле - хорошее. И есть бесплатная парковка для гостей. В общем - цена/качество отличное. Буду рекомендовать всем знакомым.

Man ska vara förberedd att det är fortfarande varmt i slutet av augusti.Mellan 32-35 . För mig var aktuellt bara att ta sig till havs och bada. Gott Gelatto Problemet att betala med kort i vissa små caffe och restauranger. Svårigheter att ta ut kontanter ibland. Cash is King! Bra stränder, kostar 6 euro för parasoll och solen.Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt.
