"Do not arrive before 2pm. We arrived at 1:40 and needed to wait until the door was unlocked. The room was clean and the 2 staff members were pleasant. The elevator does not work and we needed to walk up 3 flights. I would not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues. The airport shuttle was a taxi that cost 30 euros. They did order the taxi for us. The hotel is located close to a park and the central part of Catania so the location is perfect if you are interested in exploring. The bed was clean and the pillows were comfortable. We were told to not open the doors because of mosquitos. If you are interested in a clean, no frills hotel room, this is a good choice. I picked this because if “airport shuttle”. That was not accurate, since we needed to pay for a taxi. We could have ordered an uber in our own."
