This is a unique property, but it isn’t for everyone. The location is central to many sites and restaurants, but the neighborhood is just okay. It is very noisy, especially at night. The bedroom of the apartment is a loft and the stairs are a cross between stairs and a ladder. Could be difficult for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Casa Daria is a quirky, yet very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have everything you need. The air conditioning is great and parking is only a short walk away. Interaction with staff was very pleasant, efficient and friendly. The property is close to restaurants and bars.

This is my second stay here. Both times the staff has been excellent. The apartment is the definition of charming. I had the Luna suite with access to the rooftop. Tutto perfetto!

First time visiting Catania and booked to stay at Casa D’aria. Checkin was easy, they kept in touch and were super welcoming when I arrived. They walked me through the apartment and communal areas to make me feel at home. The apartment was great. Really quirky and colour. The kitchen had everything I needed, cutlery, plates, fridge, washing machine. And the communal lounge and balcony were great too. It’s in an amazing location, a short walk to all of the sights in Catania, and close to shops and restaurants. Great stay. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Catania. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania. Could not recommend them enough! 10/10 stay.

The apartment itself is nice, highly refurbished, in an old and dark building, located at a dirty vincinity, with a sex club few steps away. There is a common living room, well decorated, but very hot at this time. The apartment is really nice, but everything else lacks quality.

We had the Luna apartment for 4 nights, I’d describe the apartment as a bit shabby but it was characterful and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchenette and very cold A/C. This hotel doesn’t operate a full time check-in there was someone there when we arrived but they weren’t very helpful. A WhatsApp number provided gave slow replies when trying to find a taxi company. It’s a bit DIY you get a code and keys in the door so that might suit some. Good value for the price but not a luxury stay by any means.

Without doubt the most attentive and warm hearted staff that i have shared my holiday experience with nothing is to much for them. I cannot fault the whole experience, yes the building has some quarks but that is part of the charm. I will be back.

Upon entering the room we saw a cockroach running and hide behind a tall chest of drawers. Next day we saw a dead cockroach in the toilet and the next night another dead one on the bathroom floor. We informed the property management and they said that it must be a bug that came from the outside. No! It was cockroach and I have a picture. The air-conditioner was not working. They came to fix it when we were away and left dust on the bed pillows right under the A/C machine. They said that the front desk is there in the mornings. No one was ever there. They did respond to messages but there was never a live person.

Mocht ik weer naar Catania gestuurd worden (voor werk) huur ik graag weer een van de appartementen op dit adres. Mooi pand, creatief ingericht en in alle opzichten vriendelijk. En letterlijk op twee stappen afstand van historische pleinen en heel veel prima restaurantjes en bars.

Perfekt og helt unik oplevelse, hele stedet har en gennemført personlig atmosfære, dette sted er overlegent og ejeren og stedes ansatte er de mest hjælpsomme og mest behagelige personer. Hele stedet er så autentisk perfekt og den personlige stil som ejeren har tilført viser at at der er kvalitet og hjerte bag alt og sans for indretning og farver og stil og stemning. Det ægte autentiske og ejeren og personalet gør det sted til perfekt. Værelserne er unikke og fantastisk, morgenmaden er billig og simpel på den meste elegante måde. Tagterrassen er fantastisk og er en oplevelse i sig selv, og man kan sidde og nyde sin egen mad og vin. Dette sted er 100% perfekt til alle som har prøvet de “perfekte” hoteller, men som nu ønsker at have en oplevelse som man vil tage med hjem og huske som helt unik. Stedet henvender sig til alle aldre, men perfekt til unge og ældre par uden børn. Beliggenhed kan ikke blive bedre i forhold til supermarked, markeder, seværdigheder, restauranter. Vi kommer snart til Catania igen, og der er kun et sted at bo! Casa D’aria <3 Tak til Daria og hendes Crew.
