"This home was more than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean, decorated too cute and stocked with anything we might have needed. The host was patient with me when I had questions (not because he didn't provide information, but because I didn't read what he gave me). You may be a little drive from downtown Nak-a-tish, but worth it. It was peaceful and quiet. Plan to bring my "Steel Magnolia" girlfriends to stay here. "

"Mallard House was perfect for a little family getaway.. It’s been updated recently and was super clean. Best part of the weekend was relaxing and watching the water through the wall of windows in the sunroom with morning coffee. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and the owners were kind enough to leave some microwave popcorn. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were stocked with soap. Shampoo & conditioner. Their regular coffee maker had recently broken but there is a kuerig. Plenty of games & stuff for the kids including foosball table."

"Beautiful cottage that is very quiet and restful. Great navigation instructions, everything was clean and had nice little amenities. The view from the covered porch was absolutely tranquil and gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. "
