「Conveniently located just off main road - the A40 between Fishguard and Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, west Wales. Off-street Hotel car park. Very friendly and efficient staff. Located in a pretty valley with rock formations and a wooded gorge. Ideal for the Irish ferry between Fishguard and Rosslare in Ireland. I had a comfortable, clean, well-appointed room. Would book to stay there again.」

「Two houses converted to a hotel with multiple extensions done to an average standard: windows not fully opening, uneven and squeaky floors. Also the breakfast was OK but I had better in similar hotels (e.g. fried egg a bit too runny). High cost, given the standard. Main positives: excellent location by the train station and 10 mins walk from the ferry, accomodates late arrivals.」
