「It was easy check in and very clean rooms as well as the area where hotel was located is quiet and pleasant」

「The location was perfect for exploring Baker St. The staff was very friendly and the room clean although a little on the small side. I will note though that although we enjoyed our stay, I feel they could have offered a free breakfast instead of a $13.95 reduced rate with only three dishes to choose from. For the price you pay for a basic room I don't think that would be unreasonable. The food was fabulous in the restaurant though a little on the pricey side.」

「We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Finally we were given another room where we could quickly freshen up before leaving for our 4.00pm. meeting. Many opportunities lost...having a drink in the bar or tea in the...

「We were visiting relatives in Nelson. The rest of our party was at the camp ground, so the fact that the resort was close by was great as was the kitchen when it was our turn to cook. The staff my wife dealt with were super helpful and the cost was quite a bit less than other less convenient options in town.」
