"We booked for 2 nights and the first night we had a few issues with our room and when I spoke to the Manager she was very accommodating and did her best to resolve these and gave us a free room upgrade. Great management"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. very clean and well equipped. I do find the bed so close to the window cold on that side, had to use the throw provided. Also, can't walk around the bed to the right hand side so less easy to get into bed, very comfortable though. That is a negative for us an older couple but everyhing else is great."

"Great hotel with modern spacious and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think I got a trainee when ordering dinner though as he was a little unsure what to do. This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food."
