「First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed. 「This is a beautiful very opulent home for anyone looking for a touch of luxury . The room was very spacious and my favourite thing about it was, not the comfortable bed or the large choice of tv channels but the comfy armchairs. I love a comfy armchair in the bedroom and you will not get this in most hotels. The en suite is enormous with fab power shower and a jacuzzi bath. We also had access to the library in the evening which was lovely. Our host Mary is very nice and cooked us beautiful...
