「宿泊した部屋は地上でしたが地下の部屋もありました。サウナも地下にあって閉鎖的で怖い感じがします。 またロビーが狭くてチェックアウト後に寛げる場所がないです。 バンフはどこも高いから仕方がないかもしれませんが、立地的にも不便で簡素な設備の割に料金は結構高いと思いました。」

「This unit is in a larger complex of Hotel Canoe. Daily housekeeping like in a hotel. Accommodations very clean and nice. Hot tub area has amazing views and plenty of room, including a fire pit. The unit we rented was listed as 3 bedrooms but it was actually 2 bedrooms with a divider - one door to the room. It worked fine but we were a bit surprised. The location is great because it is an easy walk to downtown Banff. The Roam bus shuttle is free with this booking but we didn’t use it at all,...

「The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The view from our balcony was nice and it was very quiet. The pillows were a bit too squishy for us. The shower door (or lack thereof) was a bit tricky to navigate not getting the floor all wet. Otherwise the room was nice and fit for our trip!」

「The Dorthy was in a great location on the edge of Banff. The room was an adequate size for two adults, luggage and ski gear. The room also was warm and quiet. The large shower was A+. Parking was easy too. Overall great room at fair price. Would stay here again and recommend! Thank you!」
