「Localisation du gîte qui permet de rayonner à moins de 10kms via les départs en ferry de Laveno(stresa,îles Borromées...).Les petits plus,un but pour le foot et baignade au lac,en bas du village avant le petit déjeuner et/ou avant l'apéro le soir(bar/resto très sympa).Malgré la proximité du carrefour et circulation,semaine super. A savoir, les propriétaires habitent juste au -dessus mais ils sont calmes et sympas. Semaine géniale,le Lac Majeur est magnifique et apaisant!」

「Pros: Abbiamo alloggiato in questo nuovo appartamento (il terzo dello stesso host), ed è impeccabile come gli altri due (ovviamente provati più e più volte!). Struttura nuovissima, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. La cura dei dettagli, la pulizia perfetta e l'accoglienza calorosa ti fanno sentire a casa e sono diventati sicuramente i loro marchi di fabbrica. Cons: nulla」

「We enjoyed ten wonderful days in Laveno in August 2025. The building greets you with a spotless, well-maintained staircase and a convenient elevator. Parking was never an issue, with spaces available right in front of the house. The second-floor apartment is stylish, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, featuring roller shutters, a washing machine, and air conditioning. 「Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Gastgeber war ein sehr freundlicher Herr, der uns bereits zu Beginn sehr wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Stränden geben konnte. Er hat sich um Reservierungen und Probleme gekümmert. Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Urlaub und können es jedem weiterempfehlen! 」
