"Pros: Apartment was spotless and Daniela was very helpful. Location is out of this world. The place is surrounded with fantastic trails. I definitely recommend this place Although there were works going on in the apartment surroundings, it did not bother us. The location is Superb and Castelrotto is a 2 minute drive from the apartment. Cons: Temperature was hot, and a fan/ac would have been appreciated"

But you can see a tennis court from where the GPS takes you. The check in is in the TryPack building in front of the tennis court. They sent instructions a couple of weeks in advance. "Very nice hotel and breakfast was amazing on the 4 days we were there. Only thing I don’t like is too many children in pool area when we were there, it will be nice to restrict certain time that is 18+. Pool temperature is very warm so if you are a lane swimmer, you will not like it."

"We absolutely loved our stay here, the all inclusive was great value for money with the facilities, service and quality of food. All of the staff, especially Oussama and Paolo, catered for my partner’s gluten allergy incredibly well - we have never felt more comfortable at a place for it. The ease at which they accommodated it for the six course tasting menu in the evening was amazing. We will definitely be returning!"

"We required a room with 2 beds which we received, but it was on the attic floor, 3 flights up with steeply sloping ceiling. There is an elevator for part of the trip up/down. The beds were twin size and extremely firm. Other than that, the building, grounds, and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was wonderful. We ate at the property one night. Best food in the area!!! Location has a bus stop out front, but is easy walking distance to the Seiser Alm Gondola station. Would stay again, but might request a room on a lower floor."
