Romantic ski getaway near Seis-Seiser Alm Gondola
Looking the Sciliar area, Villa Luna offers a quiet and well maintained accommodation with a private garden and garage. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and is located about 1.5 km from the Alpe di Siusi cable car in a very quiet residential area. With a view of the mountains, this house offers peace and exclusivity. A perfect starting point for your hikes.

This villa has 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 room with balcony with fitted wardrobes, ironing board and iron. There is a flat screen TV with satellite programs in the living room and in the double bedroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven. Boiler room where wet shoes or ski boots can be dried. Central vacuum cleaner. On the 1st floor a bathroom with balcony, shower, sink, W.C./Bidet, washing / drying machine. On the ground floor a daytime toilet. The whole house has oak wood floors. WIFI.

In the under ground floor there is a double locked garage where even in winter skis and ski boots can be parked.
Guests of the Villa Luna can hike nearby or play golf and ski in winter or cross-country skiing on the Alpe di Siusi.

Alles Perfekt, das Haus hat einen sehr guten Standard und ist den Preis wert.

Edles Ferienhaus auf schmalem Grundstück in guter Lage
Edel restauriertes Ferienhaus mit einiger sehr moderner Technik. Schön möbliert (bis auf einen hässlichen Esstisch, mit dicker Decke behängt). Zum Willkommen einige Lebensmittel - sehr nett! Kühlschrank war trotz großer Hitze leider nicht angestellt, das Haus offenbar eher selten vermietet. Garten und Terrasse sehr gepflegt. Allerdings steht das Haus auf einem recht schmalen Grundstück, sodass man gegen einen Zaun schaut, dahinter aber die Felsspitzen, die dem Schlern vorgelagert sind. Die überdachte Terrasse mit gepolsterter Sitzecke war bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Zur Umlaufbahn Richtung Seiser Alm 15 Minuten Fußweg, sehr praktisch! Den Preis fanden wir doch etwas überzogen.

Sehr angenehme Vermieterin! Top ausgestattete Wohnung! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage zum Skifahren und Wandern ist sicher ideal! Trotzdem ist der Preis schon ziemlich hoch! Wir wollten unbedingt zu dieser Zeit an diesen Ort und waren deshalb auch bereit dieses Geld auszugeben! Wir haben es nicht bereut!
