The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."

"The bedside lamp was not working. There are no restaurants in the approximately and they only serve paninis. It has a beautiful view but it is quite the drive to get up there. The credit machine was not working so we had to pay cash. "

"This property is two separate units - so not ideal for our family of five, three children. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool). And downstairs, which appears quite newly renovated, because evidently, there has been water damage, which has left a horrible smell in the apartment. Fans in the rooms are not efficient. Air quality is very poor. It smells as though someone has smoked for years in these...
