Summary: You could find a better, more comfortable experience in Castemola for the same price Positive points: The air conditioning works really well You have a good view over Taormina and Etna from the balcony of the double room with view Breakfast was nice with yoghurt and an omelette (unfortunately bad coffee) Small fridge in room is handy but was indeed dirty Parking at a distance is available Drawbacks: No elevator (room is on 3rd floor) Narrow stairs (not suitcase or elderly friendly) Bathroom had the distinct odour of mould Low ceiling in room - 1.7 meter The restaurant at the entrance of the B&B seemed a bit rundown and dirty Communication with the owner was very difficult since he spoke only Italian and did not seem to be interested in the hospitality industry at all.

Located on a mountain top. Nice view. Above a restaurant on a hillside with narrow stairwells, Parking was in a garage down the hillside. Breakfast wasn't served until 9:00. Was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with a sloped roof.

While the views from our room were spectacular, the ceiling height was lacking. Beams everywhere criss-crossed the room presenting great challenges in navigating the room (particularly at night). As arragont as it sounds, most people spoke a little English, but these hosts didn’t know more than 2 words and seemed annoyed by everything. We tried to avoid interacting with them. Our room was also 3 stories up narrow marble stairs. This would not be a good situation for elderly or physically-challenged. Also, you can only lock your door with a key and can’t exit the room without that key.

Salve il proprietario al mio arrivo è stato molto accogliente tanto che mi voleva fare il Pacco dandomi un'altra stanza totalmente diversa da quella che avevo prenotato sono andato a reclamare per ottenere quello che era giusto .Ci sono rimasto male per l'azione che voleva compiere. Quindi per quanto riguarda Expedia tutto ok per il resto sono rimasto un po deluso. GRAZIE BUONA GIORNATA .

Scarsa trasparenza nel pagamento del parcheggio che era compreso nella prenotazione e che invece è stato richiesto con pagamento extra e peraltro non fatturato. Lack of transparency concerning the payment of parking which although was already paid with the booking, was instead requested as extra by the owner of the place.

Vue exceptionnelle et parking privé.

Trois étages à grimper, mais de là-haut une vue exceptionnelle sur Taormina, la baie de Naxos et l'Etna. Chambre basse de plafond mais cosy et d'une propreté irréprochable. Au RDC, restau tenu par la famille, toujours prête á rendre service. Et un plus appréciable : un parking clos et gratuit.

La vista dalla camera è sublime e merita veramente almeno una notte. Gestori cordiali. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene per cena con una vista panoramica bellissima. Le camere sono al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma la vista è ripagata.

scrivo questa recensione dopo quasi un mese e dopo averci pensato attentamente. Prenoto questo b&b per festeggiare i 4 anni di fidanzamento con la mia lei e per uscire un po dalla routine di tutti i giorni e soprattutto dal lavoro che ci ha separato quasi sempre. arrivo al b&b conosco il titolare, che mi sembra una brava persona, e saliamo in camera dove trovo un tetto bassissimo, secondo me al limite della legalità, dove RIPETUTAMENTE picchiamo la testa (nei punti alti) io e la mia lei, e un bagno che può andare bene per una persona affetta da anoressia, perché, credetemi, era quasi impossibile muoversi li dentro, per non parlare dei problemi con il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda che stentavano ad arrivare. la vista era buona e la colazione ottima, insieme alla pulizia della camera, ma tutto il resto, mi spiace per i titolari, no. sono ritornato a casa con la sensazione di aver buttato il mio denaro...

Super Ausblick, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer. Leider sind die Decken etwas niedrig, so dass man sich den Kopf stoßen kann, aber für diesen Ausblick kann man das in Kauf nehmen.

L’établissement est ancien et la chambre en soupente peu pratique. Situé dans une zone à circulation limitée, nous n’arrivions pas à nous y rendre et le patron a dû venir nous chercher. Il faut grimper plusieurs étages pour accéder à la chambre. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux et le thé était imbuvable. Par contre, un parking privé et gratuit nous avait fait choisir l’établissement. Vu la configuration du village, il est indispensable.

je déconseille fortement

jene sais pas ce qui s est passé entre les précédents commentaires et notre passage mais l'accueil est désagréable seule la "mamie " était sympathique. des draps synthétiques qui grattent et la climatisation poussive ne rafraîchit pas la chambre sous les toits. celle-ci avait toutefois une vue imprenable sur la mer. attention beaucoup de marches pour y acceder pas d ascenseur. dommage village tres sympa par contre.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo splendido appartamento con vista magnifica una notte. Accoglienza e tanta gentilezza da parte dei gestori. Rosaria è molto simpatica e disponibile! Posto consigliatissimo! La posizione è ottima per visitare Castelmola, un paesino magnifico a 550 metri di altezza abitata da gente super gentile. Posizione ottima anche per visitare Taormina.
