「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement dont la vue magnifique donne directement sur les canaux et le pont du Paradis. Nous nous sommes délectés du balai des gondoles sous les fenêtres qui a rythmé nos journées. L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier sympa à l'écart des grandes foules et avec toutes les commodités à proximité ( supermarché, boulangerie, marché). 「Property is perfect for staying in Venice and enjoying the sights and sounds. Every morning a gondolier passed by the apartment singing to his customers, perfect way to start the day. Apartment is large and comfortable, close to many attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Jane and her son Michael were wonderful hosts.」

「This was an amazing property with a picturesque courtyard, in the absolute best location. We are a family of four and there was so much room for all of us and more. The separate lofts gave everyone their personal space. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager helped make this the perfect place to stay. A private boat dropped us off just steps away, which made it smooth in and out. The beauty of Venice awaits you!」

「素晴らしいお部屋をご用意いただきました。 とても満足しています。 鍵の開閉に関して、アプリを落としてチェックインしなければならなかったり、対面はこの場所から少し歩いたホテルでチェックイン手続きをしなければならないので、チェックインに30分くらい時間がかかりました。対応が悪いわけではなく、システムの問題だと思います。 ヴェネツィア特有ではありますが、一階は多少の異臭がします。お部屋は大丈夫です。 利便性はとても良いので、また機会があれば利用したいです。」

「内装、調度品がとても上品で可愛らしく、居心地のよいホテルです。リアルト橋からも程近く、交通の便もよいです。部屋からは運河も眺められますし、表玄関は広場になっており、二階のバルコニーから見渡すことができ、ヴェネチアでは珍しいくらいのスパーシャスな開放感を味わえます。 スタッフの方も親切で感じが良いので、お勧めします。」
