Contemporary design villa with a private saltwater pool and sea-view terraces overlooking the gulf of Castellammare del Golfo, one of the most beautiful seaside destinations of Sicily. Designed with architectural details to bring out light and shadow, Villa Bizzarria is a geometric jewel where the soft color of the building is chosen to highlight the blue color of the pool as well as the greenery of Mont Inici right behind it.

After a day spent falling in love with Sicily, you'll find that at night Villa Bizzarria is perfectly lit and that the pool, skilfully built to hold the water temperature, will make your midnight swim extremely pleasurable.

Villa Bizzarria consists of two apartment floors connected together by an external staircase. Each floor has its own equipped kitchen, a living with access to panoramic outdoor spaces and three bedrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning and mosquito nets. You will also find a modern outdoor kitchen, complete with fridge and barbecue.

The penthouse of the building, entirely independent, is reserved by the owners, who make use of it occassionaly in high season & often in August. They are highly respectful of your privacy and will not use the pool or overlook the pool during your stay. Their apartment has a separate entrance and parking.

In terms of location, the villa could not be better situated: less than 3 km from a sandy beach and one of Sicily's most picturesque villages and surrounded by many must-see sights. To name but a few, the port of Scopello, the paradisiacal beach of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, of San Vito Lo Capo and of Mondello, the Temple of Segesta, the salt pans of Marsala and, of course, Palermo, the splendid capital city, are all a short drive away.

Thanks to the presence of central heating and to the proximity to the stunning village of Castellammare del Golfo which is lively all year round, the villa is ideal for a winter holiday as much as for a summer one. All in all, Villa Bizzarria is a luxe gateway to a soothing family holiday in Sicily!

The private saltwater pool is for the exclusive use of guests, who may use it from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The pool is made of concrete and is 10 m long by 5.5 m large and ranges from 1.40 m to 2.30 m deep.

A pool attendant will do regular maintenance, generally in the late afternoon.

Within the property you can easily park up to 4 cars.
