Villa Noce (about 190 square meters) is one of the oldest houses in the Borgo and consists of two floors:

The ground floor develops around a large living room, characterized by an ancient fireplace and a loggia overlooking the square, connected to the large kitchen with fireplace and a bedroom with bathroom.



Upstairs are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a room with a loggia with a bathroom and a laundry room.
