The villa extends over 250 square meters plus 1000 of garden; on the ground floor there is the entrance, the large living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs the three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, overlook the garden.
