Hotel con terme dislocato in una valle molto carina fra le colline Laziali. Fortunatamente ancora poco servito dalla telefonia mobile 😃 quindi telefonini muti ! Un paradiso... Hotel e stanze pulite e confortevoli, staff cordialissimo, cucina saporita ma leggera Piscina termale pulita ed abbastanza capiente, lettini a volontà, certo il 26 ottobre poca gente, un paradiso.. Comunque... Se volete proprio comunicare con "l'estern

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, il condizionatore della stanza 507 sia di notte che di giorno faceva un rumore tipo gorgoglio di acqua e vi assicuro che di notte era parecchio fastidioso. Abbiamo lamentato il fatto e ci hanno assicurato avrebbero mandato qualcuno, purtroppo non è cambiato nulla......almeno ci potevano cambiare stanza, anche perché hanno detto che anche altre persone si erano lamentate......in sostanza due notti insonne😔 Poi trovo quasi assurdo che l ingresso x gli ospiti dell hotel sia a pagamento e soprattutto non era specificato da nessuna parte. Il personale comunque molto gentile, la cucina deliziosa....su questo faccio i complimenti....veramente di qualità. Le piscine comunque belle e le svuotano quasi ogni giorno.

una grande delusione

La camera è definita dall'hotel "elegante e confortevole" questo forse non vale per la 312 dove non arriva la wi-fi non c'è frigorifero non c'e aria condizionata il ventilatore ha una spina tedesca che non entra nella presa la moquette è scolorita al bagno manca un bicchiere per gli spazzolini non c'è un porta carta igienica. La mia definizione è : "camera super economy". Gradirei una risposta dall'hotel

Struttura un po' datata ma più che dignitosa situata in un inaspettata oasi di verde con annesso stabilimento termale. Personale amichevole, prezzi adeguati, soggiorno tutto sommato confortevole. Bella e grande piscina esterna con acqua termale calda, ottimi i massaggi.

Il top del relax!

L'albergo è il top per il relax! Molto pulito e personale molto molto disponibile. L'unica pecca è che almeno il mio gestore lì la linea era pari a zero. Il segnale wi-fi molto scarso e non prendeva proprio nella mia camera. Ma se migliorassero questo servizio l'albergo avrebbe 10 su 10! Ad ogni modo lo consiglierei perchè è davvero stupendo.
