"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. Kids were so entertained and didn't want to leave. The villa is amazing and has everything you need. Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great. Poppi is a lovely small town and we had cars and there a lots of small places nearby to visit. Would 100% recommend staying here "

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."
