" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"Struttura molto bella, panorama incantevole. Camera in perfetto ordine, accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i confort, compresi i calici da prosecco. "Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"
