「We had one night in Naples before moving onto Sorrento and were arriving around midnight. I checked in online as requested a few days before and was sent instructions on how to find the location, keys and room from Caterina. 「We loved Eremo Montevergine. Giuseppe was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries prior to booking/coming. When we arrived in Ischia, Rita was our contact to get the keys. She couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. She speaks English very well, which was helpful to figure out all of the logistics. We stayed in 2 apartments in Eremo Montevergine. Both were amazing! 「The apartment was all you could ask for... The air conditioning worked amazingly well which was great because it was very hot and humid. Anna & her husband provided us with some food and drink too which was very kind of them. The balconies and rooftop offered amazing views, especially for the holiday fireworks. This was my third stay in Forio - my family's first time in Ischia - and we would absolutely return to Anna's in the future.」

「What an amazing location! The beach right outside your windows! The host made sure everything was in working order and was very kind. The place could use a bit of updating in some areas. 「スタッフのアントニオは、とても親切。宿泊の数日前から、交通手段や駐車場が必要か、到着時間を聞いてくれます。このホテルに宿泊するには、WHAT'S　UP　の使用がMUSTです。部屋は清潔で、毎日のメイドサービスもあり完璧。ただし、雑居ビルのなかのホテルなので、ビルの入り口・ホテルの入り口・部屋の入り口と3つの鍵が必要。フロント常駐ではないので、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも不可。荷物預けには、近くのホテル　マルコに荷物預かり所があるので安心ですけど。滞在中はキッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあり、快適に過ごせてよかったです。ありがとう、アントニオ！！」

"スタッフがフレンドリーで、丁寧で、気持ちよく泊まらせて頂きました！ ガラス張りのエレベーターは古さは感じますが、レトロなおしゃれでテンションが上がりました！ お部屋はとても広く、2人で十分過ぎるほどで、快適でした。 ベランダが付いていて、すぐ前の道が見渡せて気持ちが良かったです。 バスルームの窓からベスヴィオ山が見えて、とてもキレイな景色です。 ただ賑やかな通りに面しているので、夜にもクラクションが鳴り響きます。騒音は多少気になりましたが、疲れている身体では眠ることに支障はありませんでした。 バスルームもとても広く、シャワーの水量も申し分ないです。 全体的に古いですが、お値段の割に快適で、とても満足でした！ 道を挟んで斜め向かいには、なんでも揃う大きいスーパーがあり、水や夕飯を買うにはとても便利でした。 駅にも近いですし、総合的に素晴らしい滞在が出来ました！ありがとうございました。"
