Struttura e staff eccellenti e sempre disponibili. Tuttavia avendo già frequentato la struttura precedentemente trovo che tra le camere economy e le superior vi sia un eccessivo divario. La sensazione è che le camere economy siano un pò “dimenticate” e denigrate. Purtroppo avendo prenotato all’ultimo momento era l’unica stanza disponibile. Già arrivando all’ala delle camere economy si percepisce la sensazione essere l’ospite di serie B. Il corridoio passa da moquette a ceramica senza colpo ferire, la serratura (seppur elettrica) della porta è nettamente datata rispetto a quelle appena superate, pavimenti segnati dal tempo e un bel ventilatore a piantana in stanza segnano ancor più nettamente il divario sociale. Ciò nonostante massima pulizia, disponibilità e professionalità. Torneremo sicuramente perchè merita, ma in una camera superior sicuramente.

Nella nostra stanza (che era però la parte più vecchia dell’hotel) non funzionava l’aria condizionata ed al suo posto c’era un ventilatore. La doccia era piccola ed io non sono grosso. La piscina, la palestra e la Spa sono ottimi. Buono anche il servizio di ristorante con personale attento e premuroso.

Buon Hotel, parcheggio pieno di neve

Siamo stati ospiti per un paio di giorni durante il mese di Gennaio. L'hotel ci è piaciuto molto: era pulito, confortevole, la stanza era carina e tutto era funzionante. La reception è ottima per rilassarsi un po' dopo aver sciato, con un camino funzionante e una zona bar dove gustare qualcosa di caldo. Hanno una Ski Room, molto utile ed efficace, perfetta per chi vuole sciare e non sa dove lasciare l'attrezzatura. La colazione è abbondante: dalla classica colazione cornetto e cappuccino, a quella americana/britannica e con molti dolci, frutta e varietà. Un'altro punto a favore è Fluentia: una spazio termale, centro Spa e benessere al piano inferiore dell'hotel. Gli ospiti hanno degli sconti anche se minimi. Siamo stati alla Spa, non una delle nostre preferite ma comunque piacevole. Se avete intenzione di stare almeno 2/3 ore ne vale il prezzo, altrimenti è un po' costoso solo per un'ora circa. Le uniche pecche di questo hotel sono state: 1. i termosifoni erano pieni di aria e quindi facevano molto rumore e ci mettevano molto a scaldarsi, soprattutto nei giorni di freddo e neve; 2. il parcheggio poco pulito dalla neve. Ci siamo dovuti far aiutare parecchie volte per far uscire/entrare la macchina nel parcheggio a causa di cumuli di neve. Nonostante ciò, penso che lo terremo in considerazione per il futuro.

Great weekend

We spent two nights at this hotel last weekend . Staff was super, breakfast with lots of choices , our room( superior family room ) was updated , spacious and spotless . Very nice bathroom with a large shower . Only downside was the bedding ( noisy when you move around ) and the pillow was too soft but that's just a personal opinion. Our kids had tons of fun in the kids area with staff keeping them entertained till 10pm. The commute to the slopes for skiing was about 20/30 minutes . Would definitely stay here again

Hotel bello. Personale Fantastico!

3 giorni in famiglia. L'albergo è carino e comodo. La SPA è funzionale e molto bella. Ma il plus di questo albergo sono le persone. Il personale è di una gentilezza assoluta. Tutti! Dalla reception al bar, dai camerieri del ristorante alle addette della SPA, e anche i fantastici ragazzi dell'animazione per i bambini. Sempre sorridenti ti fanno sentire davvero "accolto". Splendidi. L'unico neo: le stanze sono un po' vecchiotte, ed è un peccato: uno staff così prezioso meriterebbe di far parte di un servizio tutto al top. Comunque, se tornassi in zona, lo Sport Village Hotel sarebbe la mia prima scelta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per la posizione comoda per raggiungere le piste sciistiche e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottimo 3 stelle, confortevole con parcheggio e camere pulite. Variegata anche la colazione.

Fun in the Snow

Wonderful weekend get away for fun in the snow. This was out second time staying at this hotel and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Would suggest staying in After Christmas since then the in house dinning is available and the food there is just amazing.
