"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. "We needed lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and options for relaxation or activity. This property checked all boxes. Management was professional and gracious. Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. The photos of the property, particularly vistas, patios, and pools do not do it justice. Truly a magnificent property!"

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children.
