"First off, the front desk staff was for the most part, excellent, which is why I gave 2 stars rather than one. Other than that, it was terrible. The first room was dirty, walls were dirty, ceiling was dirty, cracked and stained. Carpet was ripped and pieced back together. The shower wouldn’t drain and rather than fix it, the staff just moved us into another similar room. All the same stuff in the new room plus a musty cigarette smell.
