The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The day area consists of an inviting living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. You can exit from the living room to a small private garden with an external dining area and a fantastic view over Grigna Mountain! The night area comprises a master bedroom with a king bed, a smaller room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

Though the house is located a bit outside of the village center it has a very strategic position, since just in a few minutes walking you can reach a supermarket, a couple of bars, and a free shuttle bus stop that brings you to the ski lift in winter. The ski lifts of Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio can be also reached in a 5-minute drive or about 30 minutes on foot.
