Didn't let us in

We reserved a room, and it said it was a 24 hour front desk. But when we arrived nobody would let us in, so we had to sleep in our car on a random parking lot. NOT happy.

‘Cash only’ but woken by sounds of a card machine through the night. Reeks of cat pee. Sketchy as f**k. Noisy as f**k. Guy who runs the place is creepy and not friendly Stay here if you have no self respect and don’t care about your own life

Habitación sin baño, con malos olores, todo el local lleno de gatos y olor a comida de estos reserve por un precio y me cobraron más por pagar con tarjeta diciéndome que tenían que cobrarme el IVA una estafa

Pase el calor de mi vida con un ventilador que solo ventilaba el aire caliente a pesar que fuera estaba mas fresco , solicitamos un alargo para girar el ventilador se nos denegó. sería un detalle dejar las ventanas abiertas para que no se acumule el aire caliente, baño comunitario. Nos pidieron pagar en efectivo no tenia, al hacer la reserva con tarjeta pensé que era con tarjeta y al hacerlo nos cobraron IVA aparte no cuadraba el importe y dijo que era impuestos de hospedaje vamos... que nada claro y pagamos mas. Nos sacó del apuro dado que fueron rápidos en la reserva online.

Même pour le prix ce n'est pas sérieux

C'est établissement ne devrait pas figurer sur un site qui se veut sérieux. La personne sur place a fait de son mieux, mais c'était à la fois sale, froid (nous avons réussi à avoir un chauffage électrique..) et humide ds la chambre. La salle de bain était indigne et l'un des lits était cassé. Certes, le prix était très raisonnable, mais ce n'est pas sérieux. Nous avons aussi dû payer en liquide.

Limite Hôtel de passe!

Le site annonçait une chambre d' hôtel normal et lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons trouvé une grande maison toute sale, limite hôtel de passe. Dans la chambre impossible de dormir car elle était infestée d'une odeur de cigarette. Très mauvais plan.

Como propietaria considero que debería de decir que tiene animales, yo soy alérgica a los gatos y había 2 (por suerte en l'as habitaciones no me he ahogado). Tambien puedes encontrarte con un cerdo vietnamita y un loro. Sólo estuvimos dos noches pero vimos a algú huésped más que se iba sin dormir (nosotros no encontramos nada más para dormir).

Es un sitio muy familiar y hogareño. Da la sensación de que estás en tu casa, además conviven con animales y las zonas comunes tienen un poco de cultura de todo el mundo, para que todos se sientan a gusto ahí dentro. La mujer que nos atendió era super maja y como fuimos con nuestro perrito, se preocupó de si tenía cuencos para ponerle agua y comida. Nosotros repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas. Como punto malo, y sin ser culpa del hostal, pondría lo poco respetuosos que eran los huéspedes de las habitaciones de al lado, con la televisión alta y discutiendo a voz de grito durante la noche. También, supongo que por falta de tiempo, teníamos camas individuales mi pareja y yo habiendo reservado cama para dos. Pero en general todo muy bien y nos llevamos una sensación agradable del hostal.

Nous étions de passage...et la circulation difficile dans le centre ville ( pleins de sens interdits et GPS déboussolé) ne nous a pas incité à ressortir pour y diner, malgré une ambiance à priori sympathique.L'hôtel en périphérie en face un petit bar restau est plutôt spartiate et peu attrayant au niveau décoratif, mais la patronne est très originale et sympa ; elle adore les animaux domestiques chats ..et la chambre coté jardin bien calme. Cloisons peu isolantes au niveau phonique, mais clientelle calme et discrète. Lits confortables. La serrure cassée a très vite été réparée par un ami à elle. Parking extérieure public non ombragé a coté du restau .Nuit agréable.

Barato y cerca de Girona.

Es un hostal barato y no pidas mucho más. La estancia fue agradable, los baños son compartidos y la atención es lo justo y necesario. Nada de quejas porque es tal cual lo que ponen en la descripción. Lo único que cuando llegamos, por la noche, no funcionaba el wifi, aunque por la mañana funcionó muy bien!!!

Indigne d'une recommandation Expédia!

Hébergement peu évident à trouver, de médiocre qualité pour un rapport qualité/ prix très décevant. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est une pension: grande maison dans laquelle la propriétaire ( qui loge sur le pallier) loue 9 chambres. Au même étage une "salle de bain" et toilette à partager avec les autres locataires. Comme nous demandions notre chemin à un policier local, celui-ci nous a bien fait comprendre que nous n'avions pas bien choisi!!!! Concernant la nuitée, elle est affichée 35 € (TTC) et Expédia la facture 38,88€ (!!!); Stupéfiant! (Dommage que cet aspect ne soit pas publié!!!)

Pas grand chose de bien

Une première pour nous, quand on est rentré le soir il y avait un autre couple dans la chambre, malgré nos affaires ça n'a choqué personnes. A 7h on est venu frapper a notre porte pour demander a quelle heure nous partions. Insonorisation des chambres inexistante. Serviettes "propres" qui sentent la cigarette.

Hostal muy bonito, lugar muy tranquillo y limpio.

Cada vez que llego en el Hostal Cassa me siento bien y me quedo contento de todo. El precio es muy atractivo, todo esta limpio. Es muy practico porque esta a 5 km. de Girona y 5 de aeropuerto y 12 km. hasta la playa en un pueblo muy tranquilo y sin ningun problema para aparcar.

bien pour passer une nuit; bien sûr, il est toujours préférable d'avoir douche et wc privatifs, mais il était annoncé d'avance que ces lieux étaient communs donc pas de surprise; nous n'avons eu aucune surprise par rapport à ce à quoi nous nous attendions; donc honnêteté; le prix correct est en rapport au service attendu; un point cependant: nous n'avons pas su où laisser les clés à notre départ,; nous avons opté pour les laisser dans la serrure de la porte de la chambre
